At present, we have 45 trained medical transcriptionists with experience not less than three years in this field, 10 Quality Analysts with experience of 3½ years and 5 Senior Quality Analysts with a 4½ year experience in the MT industry.

Capacity and Quality Control
Each of our MTs has the capacity to produce 400 lines per day per shift with an accuracy of 95-99%. QAs check the files and if they are confident about the quality, they send them directly to the Upload folder. Incase they have doubts about a certain file or there are blanks in the text, they send that file to the SQA for a final check.

Accuracy
We guarantee an accuracy of 98.6% and above on the final text that is uploaded.

Transfer of Files
Transfer of raw and transcribed files can be either by email or through our FTP site. We encourage the use of 128-bit encryption for transfer of files.
