If operator is busy or offline visitor can send email to admin or operator.

Real Time chat:
Operator can easily chat with visitors and visitors also do the same. Interface for both operator and visitor is very simple so simple knowledge is enough.

Operator Real Time Messenger:
When visitor click on online chat support image, he/ she will be connect to the respective operator, operator can check the request from the real time messenger.

Low Bandwidth :
This software works with less bandwidth connection.
