Fire Safety Awareness Training
Why insist that all of your staff receive basic fire safety awareness training?

There continues to be a national rise in the incidence of fire. Structural and 'active' fire protection measures have contributed significantly to increasing the number of fires that are confined to room of origin. However, each year the direct and consequential costs of fire to industry and commerce run into many millions of pounds and continue to rise.

In order to reduce direct financial losses and increasing insurance premiums, maintain business continuity and meet their statutory obligations, under Fire, Health & Safety Legislation, Departments must invest in the resource that mitigate against the effect of fire — their Human Resources.

Early intervention by trained personnel can prevent a small fire from developing into a major blaze. Such action can mean the difference between a total loss of business and a minor disruption to activity and, more importantly, it may result in the saving of life or prevention of injury.

Strategic objectives of all courses offered:

To ensure that the training meets current legal requirements, best practice guidance and the specific needs of the customer.

To ensure that all staff are competent and professional when dealing with an outbreak of fire.
